Commitment comes with responsibility and most people hate responsibility. 
Most times ,the girls refuse to decipher the depth of a relationship at the onset to enable them protect themselves from becoming "statistics" instead of a "milestone". 
It is irresponsible for a girl to expect a relationship from a guy without an antecedent for a relationship (you can't give what you don’t have). Once the "sex" happens it is now left to chance and beyond your control. And may I remind that just as there is a scarcity of good guys so is there scarcity of good girls.
Gold is not found on the surface but from a clearly defined objective and a deliberate process of selection. Why must it be the guy leaving? Shouldn’t it be a two way street for the girls? Just my thoughts!
